Good news – November’s Dogmatically Yours post is up. The topic is music, specifically two songs that have been on my mind and heart for a while now. One is Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” a remarkable and sweetly disturbing song. Second is Coldplay’s “Fix You,” not nearly as nuanced as Cohen’s but interesting in its own way.
Since this is Adam Bowers Media, I decided to share my own rendition of “Hallelujah,” recently recorded in the most low tech way possible. Still, I feel like it’s part of the conversation – my own processing of the song’s meaning. This is the first time I’ve tried this here – let me know if you feel strongly one way or the other about similar posts in the future.
